Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Bathroom Remodel Charlotte. By using the site you accept them.

What this website does

Bathroom Remodel Charlotte is a referral service for people looking for bathroom remodeling in Charlotte, North Carolina. When you call the number on this site, we take a short description of what you need and connect you with an independent local contractor. That is the whole service we provide.

We do not perform the work ourselves. We do not employ, supervise or control the contractors we connect you with, and we do not provide quotes, set prices, schedule work or guarantee results. Each contractor is a separate business responsible for its own work, licensing, insurance, pricing and conduct.

About our information

The content on this site is written for people looking for bathroom remodeling in Charlotte, North Carolina and describes the work in general terms to help you understand what it can involve. It is general information, not advice for your specific property and not a binding offer. The contractor you speak with assesses your situation and tells you what applies to it.

Your decision

Calling us does not commit you to anything. After we connect you, you decide whether to proceed with the contractor, and any agreement for work is made directly between you and them under their terms. If the contractor is not a fit, you may call us again and we will try to connect you with another.

Using this site

You may view and print pages from this site for your own use. Please do not copy our text, images or design for use elsewhere, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for the work, quotes, conduct or omissions of any contractor we connect you with. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Service Disclaimer

Bathroom Remodel Charlotte is a free service to assist homeowners in connecting with local bathroom remodeling contractors in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. Every contractor is independent and separately operated. We do not carry out remodeling work ourselves, we do not supervise it, and we do not warrant or guarantee any work performed. Confirming that a contractor holds the licence and insurance required for your job, and agreeing price and schedule, remains the homeowner's responsibility.

How this service is funded and advertised

This website is paid for by the contractors who receive the enquiries, not by the homeowners who make them. When we connect your call to a contractor, that contractor pays us a fee for the introduction. Calling us, speaking to us, and being put through costs you nothing, and the fee does not change what you are charged for the work.

So that there is no doubt about how we advertise: every enquiry reaches us because somebody chose to ring the number on this site. We do not buy or sell enquiry lists, we do not use automated diallers, we do not send unsolicited text messages, and we do not pay anyone to generate calls on our behalf. Calls to the number on this site may be recorded so the details of your request can be passed on accurately.

None of the wording on this site is customer feedback, scored ratings or endorsements, and no part of it was presented as the words of a past customer. The photographs show bathroom remodeling work of the kind the contractors carry out, not a specific job completed for a named homeowner. Pricing is a researched range for the Charlotte market, and the only figure that binds anybody is the one your contractor puts in writing.
