Contact Bathroom Remodel Charlotte

One phone call is the whole process. Tell us which bathroom it is and roughly how far you want the work to go, and we connect you with an independent bathroom remodeling contractor working in Charlotte. You speak to them directly, and nothing is agreed until you decide to go ahead.

How to reach us

Phone is the quickest route and it is answered around the clock, including at the weekend. If a bathroom is actively leaking or a waste pipe has failed, ring rather than email: that is the sort of thing worth getting a contractor to within the day.

Phone: 980-324-2449
Email: [email protected]

Email suits a question you do not need answered immediately, or sending over a couple of photographs of the room. For anything time-sensitive, use the number.

When you can reach us

Calls are answered 24 hours a day, every day. Routine enquiries about planning a remodel are best made between 7am and 7pm, when a contractor is most likely to be able to speak with you the same day and arrange to come and look at the room.

Out of hours, the line still rings through for urgent problems: an escaping supply line, a blocked or collapsed waste pipe, or water coming through a ceiling below the bathroom.

Where we cover

Charlotte and the surrounding Mecklenburg County area, including South End, NoDa, Plaza Midwood, Myers Park, Dilworth, Ballantyne, SouthPark, University City, Steele Creek and the Elizabeth and Eastover neighbourhoods.

Also the towns around the city: Matthews, Mint Hill, Pineville, Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, Concord, Kannapolis, Indian Trail, Waxhaw and Fort Mill just over the state line. If you are not sure whether your address is covered, ring and ask.

What to have ready when you call

Nothing is required, but four things make the first call much more useful. Which bathroom it is, whether you want to keep the existing layout or move the fittings, roughly when the house was built, and anything you have already noticed: a soft patch of floor, a stain on a ceiling below, a slow drain, or an extractor that has never cleared the mirror.

On an older Charlotte ranch over a crawlspace it is also worth saying whether anyone has been under the house recently, since that is usually where the condition of the pipework becomes clear.

What happens after you call

We take the details down once and pass them to a contractor working in your part of Charlotte. They call you back directly, usually the same day, to talk through what you want and arrange a time to see the room. Seeing it matters: on a bathroom of this age, the subfloor and the pipework under it decide a good deal of the cost, and neither can be judged over the phone.

After that visit you get their figure in writing, at no cost, and any agreement for the work is made between you and them. If they are not the right fit, call us again and we will put you on to someone else. There is no form to fill in on this site and nothing is signed up front.
